Design Notes

Based on the paper by A. Paul, the flanking regions of the RBS can be native to the mRNA, and therefore there is no need to change the RBS of your circuit. The sequence of the repressing TMS can be changed such that it is complementary to the B and A flanking regions of the RBS. By doing so, there is no change to the leader sequence (5'UTR), but the newly developed TMS will need to be validated.
